Rahul is the Co-Founding partner at Agarwal & Dhanuka Legal, Advocates. He has experience of over five years in the field of litigation.  Prior to forming his law firm, Rahul worked in the chambers of Senior Counsel Prasad Dhakephalkar. 

Rahul specializes in criminal and civil litigation. Rahul regularly advises and represents various individuals and corporate houses in the subject area of white-collar crimes, money laundering, and fraud. He has dealt with multiple matters including remand applications, bail applications, anticipatory bail applications, discharge applications, and revision applications. He has pleaded and handled various high-profile matters over the years. 

Rahul regularly advises bankers, HNIs, multinational conglomerates, news agencies, reputed businessmen, aviation companies, real estate companies, and developers.

• Represented clients before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Bombay High Court, Delhi High Court and Sessions Court (Bombay), Magistrate Court in criminal law matters.
  
• Assisted and advised clients during investigations being conducted by various governmental agencies, such as the Enforcement Directorate (ED), Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO) and Economic Offences Wing (EOW), Crime Branch-Crime Investigating Department (CB-CID), Customs Department and internal enquires by banks in proceedings of willful default.
• Drafted various pleadings, affidavits, and statements to be filed before the aforementioned platforms along with various First and Second Appeals, Writ Petitions, and civil revision applications before the Bombay High Court.
