Rishabh is the Co-Founding partner at Agarwal & Dhanuka Legal, Advocates and has experience of over four years.  Prior to forming his law firm, Rishabh worked with IndusLaw, Mumbai for a period of 15 months and SSB Legal & Advisory for a period of 20 months. Rishabh is also an advisor to the board of directors of Meravilla, Siddhtech Healthcare Pvt., Ltd. Nirvana Realty, and Lords Inn Hotel & Developers Ltd.  

Rishabh has represented banking and non-banking financial institutions, tech start-ups, real estate companies, asset reconstruction companies, HNIs, news agencies, resolution professionals, restauranteurs and hoteliers, debenture trustees in issues pertaining to insolvency and bankruptcy laws, property laws, company law disputes, shareholders disputes, civil litigation, corporate commercial disputes, contractual disputes, commercial arbitration, corporate advisory, and transactions.   

• Represented clients before the Hon’ble High Court of Bombay, National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Securities Appellate Tribunal, Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Arbitral Tribunal,  City Civil Court and Consumer Court. 
• Advised clients in matters pertaining to insolvency and bankruptcy disputes, shareholders dispute, oppression management matters, intellectual property, suit for defamation,  company law disputes, property disputes, and commercial- corporate disputes. 
• Drafted, reviewed and negotiated commercial agreements such as shareholders agreement, share purchase agreement, term sheet, employment agreement, distribution agreement, master service agreement, restrictive covenants agreement, non-disclosure and non-compete agreements  etc.
